Barn Owl Cottage is a charming one bedroomed self catering holiday retreat. Surrounded by farmland it stands in its own enclosed garden one mile out of New Bolingbroke, which lies exactly half way between the historic market towns of Horncastle and Boston.
With a peaceful garden and superb countryside views from every window, this traditional barn conversion is tucked down a country lane with ample parking for two cars. Barn Owl cottage has retained some of its original character with the pantile roof, and an original oak beam now rests above the wood burning stove where you can cosy up in the winter.
Inside, you’ll find fabulous light and airy living and dining space overlooking the garden and patio area, a perfect place to truly relax and enjoy al-fresco living whilst watching the evening sunset.
Barn Owl Cottage sleeps 2 in the super king zip and link bed, and a z-bed is available for a third person on request or ample space for travel cot.
Dogs are very welcome and the cottage can accommodate two.
A very enjoyable stay. Immaculately presented, beautifully equipped and perfectly positioned in lovely Lincolnshire countryside. Who could ask for anything more. The only downside was that our stay was too short ! A warm welcome and lots of thoughtful touches made our visit a memorable one. We can’t recommend Barn Owl Cottage highly enough and hope to be back soon.
